Litchi is a fresh and innovative private catering company in Cape Town that has been providing delicious flavours to the southern suburbs since 2010. Led by Dohne Green, who trained at the Silwood School of Cookery, Litchi prides itself on versatility and diversity: whether you need a few canapés to nibble on, a full wedding banquet for hundreds of guests or an upmarket business lunch to impress, we bring something unique to every event.
Over our years in catering for a wide range of discerning clients, we have come to understand that the secret ingredient to culinary success lies in whipping up different tastes, flavours, presentations and pairings- and this recipe has ensured our clients come back for seconds every time.
Our goal is to help people who just don’t have the time, or the desire, to spend hours shopping, preparing and presenting nutritious and delicious meals.
