Slow Roasted Tomatoes

I simply LOVE these with any breakfast. At just 30 minutes in the oven at 180C, they make a great addition to your breakfast. I use the Roma tomato, but any will do.

Top with fresh and dried herbs, garlic, olive oil Maldon salt and cracked pepper. 

Just before serving drizzle a little balsamic vinegar.
