Zat’zar chicken

This is another wholesome dish that has made it on to my summer menu. Hints of herb and sesame seed give a subtle change to a good old staple.

Prawns

I like to put all the ingredients in a bowl with prawns before I cook them, allowing them time to marinade and infuse the flavor. 3 min in a hot skillet is all that these guys need.

Mussel pasta

This is a great treat. But very rich. The home made pasta softens the rich tomato, garlic smoked mussel flavor it giving the delicious carb a real reason to be eaten without a second thought .

Cape salmon side

This was different for even me a honey and soy glaze on this beautiful piece of local cape salmon saw every morsel being consumed.
